     Please download latest PC Suit from our website instead, then login PC Suit to download software.

     Had PC Suit loaded tried to update..no good SD inoperative
    Where do you find PC Suit update download??

     Hi Guys I am here to help!!!

    Most of you guys are having problems duplicating your SD Card because of a silly bug that Autel is not aware of or chose not to address. These tools will only initialise and read if the SD CARD IS FORMATTED IN FAT32 it will not function if NTFS or exFAT is used. If they were smart the tool through firmware would offer to format a new card for you in the correct format. Even the PC suit will install all the software onto an incorrectly formatted SD card without warning you, then fail to work at the end. Not very professional guys!!!

     turn the device says insert the card, the card is empty , what is the serial number on the back of the device there is no way to be

    My SD card for the DS 708 was destroyed. How do i get my sofware back. I had no back up. 
    Please direct me to a download link. Updates were ending in 3/3/2016
