I've lost everything on my SD card today, it started with the Chrysler file disappearing, then I lost them all with no backup. Could someone please send me a copy of the original files? I've tried a new SD card and I used the PC Suite but all it says is that I'm up to date with nothing on it?Thanks, Karl -

Unless you had a backup or are still under current subscription you'll have to buy an update to get it back. There's no other way. The files are device encrypted to work only on the device serial number specified. In other words, my files won't work on your scanner. -
