Check your fuses, if ok, it could be the switch then. I would recommend getting a service manual or something that will show a wiring diagram.

 Check fuse 32 15amp located in underhood fuse box engine compartment,  also the integral fuses of the ilumination control module which is part of the headlight switch. but like the above post said you will need a wiring diagram of some sort to be able to diagnose this correctly good luck.
