I already sent them a message, I didn't get a reply till the moment.
I will send them another one today hopping they will help me the lost software, after all it's their mistake, I used their update from this site particularly.

after long communications with auteltech they couldn't help me with my maxiscan ms509 software, they said the product is out of production and they don't have any spare parts nor software for the device, even the device is not that old as they said it's 2011 model. they suggest to buy a new one and I said no, why would I buy from you if do not support your product, all good companies in the world support their products 20-50 years old products, and that makes auteltech not a trustworthy company.
guys do not use their update on the internet otherwise it will destroy your devices.
