autel. www.maxidas.com maybe it will help you find and download it.when you
install it,you can use it now! -

I already sent them a message, I didn't get a reply till the moment.
I will send them another one today hopping they will help me the lost software, after all it's their mistake, I used their update from this site particularly.

I lost my maxiscan ms509 software during an update, anyone knows how to retrieve the software? I have white screen. -

hi guys,
after long communications with auteltech they couldn't help me with my maxiscan ms509 software, they said the product is out of production and they don't have any spare parts nor software for the device, even the device is not that old as they said it's 2011 model. they suggest to buy a new one and I said no, why would I buy from you if do not support your product, all good companies in the world support their products 20-50 years old products, and that makes auteltech not a trustworthy company.
guys do not use their update on the internet otherwise it will destroy your devices.

It looks like thats what happened to me. I used their update and now my maxscan ms509 doesnt work -

I have the same problem with my MS509 .. It's just work when I connect it to the Pc, and when I connect it to the cars I have a white screen ..... I have a Maxilink but there's no connect with PC
how I fixed my MS509??
