     AUTEL SUPPORT PLEASE READ...I am not sure if it is customer key issue or your software.  But with 2013 Ford Taurus pats add a key says successful but vehicle still will not start and is showing dtc unprogrammed key in ignition.  Also in driver info center says starting system fault connected to dtc with key.  Also has dtc stating vehicle in lock mode when this key is in.

     the fix is in the making and will be release soon. sorry you couldn't get it going man but hopefully soon our ford issues will be gone for good.

    yes they always do, the trick is to keep them from messing it up again. did you get another key to try.

    Hello, have you tried "Parameter Reset"? If it still can't work, please upload a datalog for our checking. Thanks

      parameter reset is not performed when adding keys. you should let the fixing tips to us the techs, we don't need help in that department, we went to school for that and we are very well trained to do the job at hand. all we need is the software to work and do what it is suppose  to.

     kimmer2003 is very upset as he lost his customer do to the inability of the tool to program the key, the vehicle already left the shop on  a tow truck on its way to the dealer. the data log will not be possible. time he wasted  2 days, money earned 0.
