Can maxisys pro program new smart key fob for LX570?

I have a lx570 2008, but I recently lost my keys. Can the maxisys pro program a new smart key fob for the vehicle? If yes, how do I do so?

After selecting the make, click Dianosis->Auto Scan/Control Unit->Entry&Start->Special Functions, you will find Key Code registration. -

Thank you for your input. But I just need to clarify something- can I still follow that
procedure and program a new key if I lost both keys and there isn't a master key

In this case, is it you need to replace lock cylinder? You can still follow the steps I input previously to do it. Please have a try. We don't have such vehicle to do it before, if you have any problem, please send us the datalog or our engineers can assist you remotely, if it is ok for you. -
