l also lost my smart key but i have a 2011 ford edge can please help 

Our product can support PATS Functions on Ford. But you need to get the incode from the 4S shop to program a new key.

 Support???.... Incode for 2011 Ford edge????? I work at Ford dealer and there is no income period!! After 10 minute wait time for smart key you place key in center console access and it programs. Where did you get info about in code for Ford domestic??? 

  What is No income period?  When I worked at a Ford dealer over 10 years ago at least there was s 32 hour guarantee LOL
As a tech at a Ford Dealer  you might have a 10 minute security access wait , but are not limited  , but from what I've heard as far as the aftermarket is concerned starting with some models 2010 and up  you have to be licensed locksmith or an approved shop to get the required Incode support mentioned to do security functions on certain 2010 and up models . Ford is triing to  limited the amount of  aftermarket repair shops gaining security function access wanting  to keep it dealer level  or a restricted to licensed locksmiths.
