Yet another failure to connect here as well. 2001 S60 - same exact results many others have posted. My Amazon review will not be a positive one. When you *specifically* advertise that SRS/ABS codes are what your product is supposed to pull and delete, then fail to do so as well as have little to no support...Speaks volumes about your company imo. -

It's a swing and I'll give you a foul ball... It now connects and can read the SRS codes. But........ I can't clear the codes. It says that function is not supported at this time!?!?!?!?!!!!! I thought Autel was all about reading and clearing SRS/ABS codes. -

It can support to erase codes. Have you troubleshooted the problem of your car? If this failure hasn't been solved, the fault code can't be erased. -

I am having the same issue. I have updated to Version 4.20 for Volvo but the AL619 will read the VIN in the OBD2 mode but it will not read it in the SRS mode. When in putting manually it gives me the same "check connection" error message. Autel has not seemed to have gotten a handle on this issue. -

Hi, sorry that the current software version V4.20 on AL619 still cannot support Volvo after year 2012 so far. It is still under development and Volvo cars before year 2014 are estimated to be supported in the third quarter this year. Thanks! -

I am having the exact same problem on my 2002 S60. Cannot pull VIN, cannot read ABS/SRS.
