Program new dealer cut key on 2001 Honda Civic

Hello,
I've a DS708 and was wondering if it'll be able to program a new key on a 2001 Honda Civic, which has a factory immobilizer and a transponder key? Or do I need to have the Honda Service dept. reprogram it?? The vin # on this Honda is 2HGES16361H907101. Has anyone out there been able to use his/her DS708 for this?? Any feedback is most appreciated. Thanks,

Hello Sir, sorry that the key programming function for 2011 Honda Civic is not supported by DS708. -

I don't think if his asking for Honda Civic 2011..............His asking for Honda Civic 2001.................

Sorry , it's 2001 Civic, engineers say it's not supported on DS708.
