Hi Everyone,

I bought the AL419 the other day on sale so i could scan my girlfriends car as she had a few lights on.   I had to problems to begin with.  I plugged it into the computer after installing the software and it would recognize it.  So i checked to make sure it was up to date with all its codes.  Updated them.  I then went to go to the car and scan it.  The AL419 Worked perfectly.  I took it back to my computer so i could print off the results.... and it wont connect to the computer anymore..... Anyone got any help with this....
