Comes up on a 2002 Dodge Dakota 3.9L V6. Also showing codes P0152 02 sensor bank 2 sensor 1 sensor circuit high voltage. Along with P0158 sensor bank 2 sensor 2 same high voltage code. Both those O2 sensors were changed on Saturday.

Also getting FUEL SYS 1 and 2 show OL fault. All 6 injector replaced with new ones.

Getting also a purge monitor fail IAC. The IAC switch was changed two weeks ago.

P1391 Means just what you wrote, an intermittent loss of either the cam or crank signals. Both common failures on that engine. It is best diagnosed with a lab scope. As for the O2 codes, if they were not present before swapping injectors, I would confirm that you installed the correct injectors. The wrong injectors could cause a rich (or lean) condition. Kevin
