Delete all vehicle makes you don't need or use to make space.  Then Delete the cars that don't work and update one by one. If that don't work do a factory reset delete all cars and download all the software again with the authorized language. Don't download vehicle makes you don't need or use.  Make sure You have a valid subscription.
