yes, its a software bug which I reported months ago with no answer from support, right at the 10 minute wait the system exits out of the function and you have start all over again, had a few late model ford vehicles with the same issue. the autel's engineers  are too busy adding oil change reset  and  half ass 2017,2018 model vehicles which we don't see yet rather than fixing all the bugs, its been like this since day one and it will always be like this with this crap tool. the only solution to all the problems here is to buy original tools if you do this for a living otherwise you will be out of business and money with autel's tools. good luck.
