No. All of Autel's diagnostic tools as far as I know only support 96 and up. I did have a 95 OBD1 Ford Explorer with a under dash 16pin DLC that I manually Id'ed vehicle as a 96 and it was able to read codes and data of 4 X 4 and some body related modules, but not Engine or ABS. In your case being a 92 , even with a Mitsubishi adapter, I doubt it would even communicate with body modules.
