     Try sending your log files to Tech Support with the screen shots they might help you send beta version software...........

     thanks ash i will do that monday ive also tried with launch is seems to do more but will not complete the functions and niether bring up the VIN

     ok i had the gut from autel come out to demo the ms908im (the locksmith version) and the same result "registration impossible make sure the ign is switched on press retry to try again" .
    all modules good with no faults (except for the engine p1612 p0611 ) all comms correct
