Good day - Hope this is the right place to pose a question about keys...

I have a 2008 Range Rover HSE (not sport) I have one remaining key fob that functions.  I would like to add a new aftermarket key fob or create some backup key fobs. Can someone recommend all the available options Autel offers to accomplish this? At the same time I am interested in getting a diagnostic tool that has tpms programming and able to access the Range Rover specific modules. Not sure if that can all come in one tool. Number one is adding a new key fob. I looked at the IM508 but it is way too expensive. Hope someone can offer some useful advice. Much appreciated.
