Would you mind sharing your thoughts about this?

I duplicated the new remote key for BMW, year 2011 using your software. Everything was alright until the next day, my customer feedbacked that his revert camera is changed from current (latest) version to old version. I quite don't understand why it happened? Is it due to the software caused this happening?
