Probably not .My guess would be that Autel would just introduce a nearly identical looking piece of hardware and call it an APB112 Pro to add more chip capability. Autel introduced a XP400 Pro programmer to cover more newer chips rather than just a firmware update to the original XP400 product. I would hope that checking Vehicle coverage they would disclose which vehicles have chips that require the newer XP400 Pro key programmer
