2012 NISSAN QASHQAI single fan with dual speed and one relay installed will not switch to HI speed when engine gets hot also the low speed stops, now there is no cooling fan running. MS 906BT diagnostic tool  cannot find any faults and active test fail to switch on HI speed but low speed can be activated. Hot wire  test on the fan HI and LOW in normal
