Greetings Autel
There seems to be a common problem among Autel users in which the ability to print is not working.
The scan tool is up to date, the computer, printer and scan tool are on the same network, the scan tool replies to ping commands from the computer from a command prompt, the MaxiSys Printer software is running, yet when a Historic Test is sent for printing, the scan tool comes back with 'Upload failed'
Can we get more information or a fix for this problem please.
