Obtained a key cut to the bin number from local Chrysler dealer, also the 5 digit pin code.

 Obtained my Autel IM508 with xp400 pro and initiated the 'all keys lost' routene. 

I think it was the third step I receive 'key locked please replace with unlocked chip for key generation's this comes as a surprise since good money was paid to our local dealer for the key fob. 

I then found the 'key unlock' function on the IM508, but it resulted with error "key unlock failed, ...." 

I opened a ticket with Autel but it appears I have to call in during the week which is somewhat hard for me to do. Thought I would see if anyone here might have some ideas or recommendations to get this up and going before the weekend is out. Hopefully it's something simple that I'm not doing correctly.
