Why cant i connect to my 2019 dodge charger  with my mp808, i have a active subscription to autoauth but before i can read anything im getting network error code 11003. I tried my wifi and my phone hot spot and still no go. Do i need to put my active autoauth  subscription into my mp808 somewhere or what am i doing wrong thxs.
