I am trying to install the new MX808 OS software  update to v03.60.00.  After successfully downloading, the indicator is stuck on "Preparing", and will not update.  I have tried several times. Same result.  I get a message saying that I can't update any of the other individual updates until the OS is updated.  Any help would be appreciated.
