     Hi i'm having the same problem with Renault Captur 2015, all key lost. I managed to get all the relevant data, successfully generated dealer, but keep failing on key learning.

    I have emailed Autel, awaiting reply.

    Did you manage to sort out? 
    Did you manage to do key learning??

    If I hear anything from Autel, I'll let you know.
