Hello, 

I have taken the backup for SCAN folder into the external SD card and i am trying to update the autel but fails due to not enough space. if i do the factory reset can i restore it from external SD card by copying the SCAN folder and it pasting it in internal SD card?

what are the risks with factory reset?
