Basically, as the headline states. I've downloaded the PC Suite, leaving it operating in the background, ran Ford FJDS program, nothing. Tried multiple times, uninstalling/installing both programs, different Ford vehicles, and nothing. 

Vehicle is a 2009 Ford F350 6.4l, other vehicle 2002 Ford Explorer 4l. 

I've also searched the internet. Many links, but not specific to the issue.
