I have a smart key with my 2020 Kia Forte.  When requesting the key code, my KM100 doesn't respond with an answer.  It's continuously connecting to the Internet or the the KM100.  I assume there's no response from the Autel network.  Is there another way to get th key code? Any help would be appreciated.
