change language on my mx900

Hello every oneI want to change the language from english to french on my mx900. it tells me french is not support althought its in the language list. So i formatted my tablet and i have choosen french from the start , but when i enter diagnostic , i get a message saying french is not supported that i have to contact my dealer -

Hi ,go to a official dealer to get authorisation for language change, only than you can
ask for language change.
