Citroen C3 aircross 2019 - Smart Key Programming Problem

    I have a problem with coding a keyless key for Citroen C3 aircross 2018. After several attempts, I managed to read the PIN but I keep getting information about a problem connecting the tester to the car during the programming procedure. In the automatic detection mode, it cannot read the VIN number. The battery voltage is 12.3-12.6. Maybe connect the battery with cables to a second started car? Can you advise something?
