     So to get a voltage reading I have to select DC voltage then if I connect the Red + and The Black - to the proper + and - of device testing I get 0 if I reverse the probes  I get a proper reading but it shows a - (Like -12.5V)
    When I go to the Ohm test it shows 0.0 and the tone is constant even with the probes disconnected from the unit any Idea what may be causing this issue or what I can look for to see if some capacitor or diode etc may be blown some how?
    Is there any way to get a schematic of the Electronics inside?

    Hi, throw this one away and buy a good one, this one is obviously not good.
