My location is Europe, Romania, I recently bought the Autel MaxiIM KM100X, I installed it, registered everything ok, after a few days of operation, it updated and when I open it asks me to authenticate with personal data. I filled it in but I can't send it, I tried with a QR code, with 3 different phones. I can't send the data to unlock access. I noticed that the photo it takes, even if it's clear, doesn't tick with green. I think it's a software error, has anyone else had this problem with: Real Name Authentication.
