my autel asked for real name authentication, I did what it asked now it is saying in progress and has been for 3 days

     I have emailed for help but Im getting no response the IM806 asket for real name authentication to add a key for a Ford did what it asked told me it could take a couple of days, still waiting after 3 working days

    Hi, ford and Toyota has been removed from autel devices due to legal problems with
    the cars factory, you must visit a dealer.
