    Hi, this can happen due to a low or bad fob battery,,this than triggered the antitheft
    system, try the spare key, open the drivers door to unlock.to reset the
    system.,sometimes you need a dealer-level scan tool when the immobilizer needs a
    reset on 2018+ cars.
