    To achieve accurate solutions for tech issues quickly, you are recommended provide following information when reporting hardware issues to support@autel.com. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

    Model and serial number of equipment

    Operating system version (System setting---About tablet)

    MaxiSys APP (Maxisys---settings---About---Version Number)

    Detailed description of issue

    Record and send us videos or pictures if possible.

    Does this issue occur randomly?

    How long do you keep your tool?

    What operations did you perform before the issue happened?

      My MaxiCOM MK808 can no longer read any vehicle
    Serial number DK7GM2C02873
    Operating system version 2.56
    Will not read any vehicle shows 0 volts
    Tried lots of vehicles and another cable same
    Any advise appreciated

    It got frozen when I was retrieving error codes. I did a reboot and when it came back most of car disappeared. Now it only have American cars, Japanese ( Honda and acura) euro ford)

    Since the November update my 808 BT doesn't work. Fix it now. I am loosing
    customers
