    To achieve accurate solutions for tech issues quickly, you are recommended provide following information when reporting system issues to support@autel.com. Thank you in advance for your cooperation!

    Model and serial number of equipment

    Operating system version (System setting---About tablet)

    Version number and Lib version (Maxisys---settings---About)

    VCI name, VCI firmware version and VCI software version (Maxisys---settings---About)

    Detailed description of issue

    Record and send videos or pictures to show us the issue if possible.

    Does this issue occur randomly?

    What operations did you perform before the issue happened?

    When issues happen, record and upload logs by Log service/ Log collect/ Maxitools.

    I've had maxicom mk808 for a few years. I do not want to renew subscription. How do I
    turn off the ...subscription expired... Message??
