Today I tried to run an estimate time for I-level update on 2008 X5 E70 total of 565 minutes to completely programming and coding,
Have to back out and let customer take it local dealer do the I-level they run it on their local server much faster.

If you need the special cable from BMW, please contact me.

Some vehicles need a lot of time to update/coding/programming. In that case, you should do like the OEM, and do during the night with a good current stabilizer connected to the car

Do not try to complete pogramme... it takes time and may cause a lot of issues such
as undervoltage if u don't have a good inverter or other problems... do programming
    one by one....
Always tell your customer if they want full programming they should wait at least a
day.... be sure there is no other tool that can programme bmw units as well as Maxisys
    pro...

I agree with you, it take several hours and you have to got a very good inverter. So far, with my inverter have no problems.
