How can I change the language into spanish since it does not authorize me to change

     Hi, I need to change the language of my maxicheck pro to Spanish, since there is the option but it does not allow me to change, how can I do it?

      Manda un correo electronico con el numero de serie del maxicheck pro, y el idioma que deseas a tech support: 
    North America: support@autel.us;
    Europe: support@autel.eu;
    Other Area: support@autel.com.
