No start with Autel connected

When connected and only when car type selected and ready, the Jaguar X type 2.2 diesel Euro car , will crank but not start with the MK808 connected.
Will also cut the engine if the lead is I'm the OBD port but only when the car selection stage is completed. Car will start if the lead is in , but no selection is made. Anyone help? Thanks
