     I have a problem too. I have the US version. I would like the EU.

      Apparently I have the same problem even if I've bought it from Amazon.it, so I was sure it was ok for EU Vehicle.
    My S/N is MT5015000333.
    An email to sales.eu@autel.com has been also submitted.

    No answer received from the EU support after almost one month. Product sent back to Amazon and totally refounded. Autel totally unreliable: I'll never buy again autel!!

       Same problem here. I bought on eBay and it has only cars for US market.
    SN: MT5014001884
    No response from Autel Europe :-(
    Any help will be appreciated.

     Good news everybody!!! #futurama

    I emailed tech support who said to update to the latest update, which I did and in the settings menu on the tool there is an option to switch between Europe and America. So I'm very happy now that I don't have a tool that is limited to a certain number of vehicles sold in Europe as well as America, I now have full access to all of the European manufacturers supported by the tool. 
    The setting is under 'Market', it takes about 5-10 seconds to switch, but it will show 'Market-Europe' or 'Market-America' respective to what area has been chosen at the top of the screen.

    Hope this helps anyone in the future.
