Dear user of this great brand, AUTEL. I have open this discussion in order to you explain, the best you can and polite, what feature stops to work or is not working very good.

We should do this post and if it's possible send a DATALOG.

I suggest to fill a form like the one below:

    Example:

Type of equipment: Maxisys 908 Pro
    Serial Number: V09G12566727
    Brand and version: Ford v5.10
Car information: Ford Focus 1.6 TDCI 2007 WF0SXXGCDS8E71244
    Country: Portugal
Problem: Don't do programming in Motor ECU
Description of the problem: In version 5.00 it was possible to do programming in the MOTOR ECU. After update it's no more possible to do. I try in other Ford cars and have the same problem.

If you have any suggestion in order to improve, please email me or open another discussion.

Please make a effort to use this discussion to post the problems not to star a conversation.

    Good suggestions, Pedro! Thank you.
Yes, the information listed above is very important for engineers to locate and analyze any software problem. Detailed problem description and datalog is the best information for engineers.
Thank you in advance for all the cooperation!

yes pedro that is a good suggestion indeed but the issue should also be posted on the forum if not posted first on the forum so that everybody can read it and verify  and it does not become just one data logged that could very easily be overlooked by support and hidden from us, on the other hand if it is posted on the forum as well and we find that we also have the same issue then it can be massively data logged to autel and get better attention. my opinion. what do you think?

Suzuki not communicate to any module. GM lastest update read code faults problem. Instead read the only fault code , it read and load up all the codes for the vehicle.

Please remove  menu functions from the list of all makes that will fail or is no longer  supported any longer and make sure the functions  work before putting them back on the menu list again !Common sense to Beta test software for 6months in advance on a dozen Guinea Pigs before releasing it on a thousand Hamsters to chew it apart and send datalogs .LOL
