Hello I have the following problem, I try to register my
product on the website and I get a message saying that:
*** "Product is registered."
Which I understand that I registered in my account, but
apparently it is not so, since when I download Maxi PC suit to be able to
update my product, at the moment of entering with my account it throws me an
error that says: "No device has been registered undder this ID "(No
device has been registered under this ID), so I don't know what else to do.
What I would like to know is if this product has already
been entered in another account and if the registration of my product can be
deleted or restarted or reset to achieve registration under my ID name.
I sent my problem to technical support by email, but I don't
know if they can help me.
