    Hi, you should contact autel customer service and provide s/n to unlock it. Probably
    your device is locked because of a illegal operation has been detected.in this case
    contact autel support.especially when you bought it second hand and the previous
    owner applied a lock to the device,preventing the scanner from any operations.

    Hi, it just could be you bought a stolen device,its locked and can not be used no more.
