hello,i have maxysys 908pro ,i bout it in Usa .now i live in Russia,i use this device ,but it does not read the cars on VIN .it reading only cars for Usa .cars prodused for Europe does not read by VIN . what is it ? by user : ilialx470 2017-02-24
