     Hi,
    When plugged onto a vehicle ou usb, the screen stay black. This issue came on after I tried to update my VAG505 tool.
    Tried the tool on severals cars, but no changes.
    When looking into the SD memory, all the files seems to be there.

    Hi, not sure if there is problem with the main cable. You may change another cable to try. Or you may check if the tool can turn on when connecting to a computer via USB cable. Thanks!

     Yes, I tried to plug it with the usb cable on a computer and it still doesn't turn on.

    Hi, please change a new empty SD card and download the update to check the result. If the tool still cannot turn on then there may be hardware problem with it. Please contact your dealer to return for repair. Thanks!
