    I have sent in multiple complaints and never heard a word about it before my warranty
    expired I was having screen problems never got anyone help then the software
    updates expired and its still not complete I won't pay for any updates till its fixed up to
    date for the current years that have broken links and controls that don't work some
    help on this would be appreciated

    I checked your device was expired on 2015-02-26. Did you send any email to support@autel.com before? Sorry I can't find any history.
