05 chrysler pacifica maxisys will not read abs or airbag ..Help

    I have a few customers with chrysler pacificas...I've tried several times on this model to get into the abs and airbag it only gets into pcm and no other moduals. I've contacted support through the scanner several times and never get a reply back...not impressed! I'm trying to pull the abs code so I can fix this car. My scanner is all up to date (maxisys mini) Any help? Thanks Joe.

    Yeah I've tried to contact support about the issue and no responce...I would expect my maxi-sys to work on a 10 year old car....kind of pissed
