      thanks, yes this vehicle has a much lower data bus voltage, they usually flactuate between 3 and 5 volt  but this is not our issue. there is a software issue for sure with this vehicle and perhaps others as well so i will let them know. if i send you an old software for chrysler will you be willing to try it.

     Good Day,

    If you by chance know the version that you have. I can report this to our engineer and look into this. If you datalog, have issues, or suggested fixes. I would like to create a database for issues on scanner and provide that to our engineer.

    Thanks support....I have sent a couple of data logo files on this issue before...here are
    ticket numbers.....sr33206130 feb,09,2015 and fg80311053 10,07,2014....let me know if
    you have the data logging if not I will do it again...thanks
